Meet RMK Flick My Bic aka “Voodoo”

Voodoo is a 5yr old full Gypsy Vanner gelding. He is the blueprint for silly gelding. Do you want a horse with personality in spades? Look no further!
Voodoo has the sweetest personality and takes things in stride. His feelings aren’t hurt by much besides telling him no to extra treats.

Voodoo has been ridden primarily by an older lady who has owned him since he was a yearling and loved him dearly.... (read more) Due to some life circumstances unfortunately Voodoo is up for consideration. He has been to several training clinics, off property trail rides, and some local shows (where he has won several ribbons).

Voodoo does awesome on trails and that has been the primary focus of his riding career. He does ride in the arena, but it’s not his favorite partly because he’s on the lazier side and partly because his definition of “in shape” is between Russet and Yukon Gold. Voodoo is a steady mount on the trails he goes through water, over bridges, and has been worked on all kinds of different obstacles on trails as part of his training.

Voodoo’s lineage is top of the line his sire, SSFR Light My Fire, is a champion who makes correct babies all the way around and Voodoo is a prime example. Voodoo himself has won in local halter and trail classes.

We believe Voodoo is strong beginner friendly. He can be lazier so he needs a rider strong and assertive enough to keep him moving in those moments. Despite his lazier demeanor he doesn’t have any bad habits of bucking, rearing, or bolting.

Voodoo is coming out of a break of several months so he will be getting tuned up while with me and his ? reflects this and it will also reflect the longer he stays with me.

He is negotiable and we will be looking to make a deal to someone who lives in a colder climate since his color and amount of hair doesn’t mix well with southern summers. PPE at buyers expense.
