Goose is a stunning 16.1hh, Bay 2014 model Thoroughbred mare bred by Gainesway Thoroughbreds Ltd. with a regal pedigree. A former OTTB, lightly raced in 2016 both on dirt & turf as well has producing 3 foals. Goose has had extensive retraining, she has an incredible brain, graceful movement, and a heart of gold. She will come to meet you at the gate; she is good in a herd or by herself. Excellent on the trails, alone or in company, traffic safe, crosses water, will lead or follow.... (read more) Solid W/T/C, automatic lead changes, brave and honest, well-muscled mare with plenty of scope, she is forward but manageable with a "typical TB feel". Was taken to college with her previous owner and shown locally in the 2'3” hunters, hunter under saddle and equitation. She has not been ridden steadily over the last two years, through no fault of her own, but was started back in training in March and she has not missed a beat. Goose thrives with consistent work and has plenty to offer a rider looking to move up the levels. She is sound, sane, does not have any previous injuries, no maintenance requirements and is looking for a long-term partner.
