Meet Novella.

This is a special little filly. She was custom bred from an incredibly talented pony mare and Olympic horse "Total Hope". Her owner had big plans for her, but life got in the way. I purchased her to help her owner out of a pinch, but realize that we don't have the time to start and compete her.

Novella was born jet black, and is quickly greying out, just like her momma. She is sweet and inquisitive and loves people. She has great manners and learns things quickly. She trailers, stands for farrier and vet, bathes, longes, has worn a saddle, and has been sat on.

From the time she was a yearling, she has shown a love for jumping. If we put her in an arena with jumps, she will go jump them for fun. She has cleared a 3 foot fence, unprompted, because she wanted to.

Novella is easy to teach and learns quickly. Starting her under saddle should be a breeze. This little horse could go any direction- she was bred for dressage and eventing, but could do the hunters as well.
