Peteypie - Grade, 2020, 14.2H Grey Arabian Gelding. Greenbroke, just needs miles & experience. He is gentle, soft, and responsive enough for an intermediate rider to finish out. Rides out alone, has been road ridden, doesn't mind traffic. He has potential to be an all-around family, youth, or kid horse. He has a heart of gold, I wouldn't hesitate putting any level of rider on him in an indoor or outside arena to ride around within supervision.... (read more) He'd be great in a lesson program. Has NOT offered ANY bad behaviors under saddle.

♦️Stands for mounting & dismounting

♦️Has not offered any bad behaviors under saddle
♦️ No buck, kick, rear, bite, bolt, etc.
♦️ Not naturally spooky, but has spooked in place a few times
♦️Has been ponied by both a horse and ATV and ponies really well
♦️Has exposure to: dogs, goats (crawling underneath, around, on the trailer near him while tied etc. they're loose range goats during the day and get into everything), cats, vehicles, machinery, snowmobiles, mailboxes, chainsaws, fire & smoke, gunshots (on the farm and by a rifle range that's close in distance), vehicles riding out on the road, dogs barking in ditches.
♦️Good for blankets & fly masks
♦️Primarily pastured, but was stalled this Spring without issues.
♦️Been in with both mares & geldings without issue
♦️Not aggressive, won't stick up for himself other than pinning his ears. Will walk away before throwing hooves. He's kind of a crab in the pasture.
♦️Loves to be worked with now, when I first got him he could care less. But he nickers, looks forward to work.
♦️Positive Reinforcement, Natural Horsemanship, & Liberty work training
♦️Was buddy sour at first, but is not any longer
♦️If he is all alone when tied (no person or horse in sight) he will bicker, dance, & pop up on the front. Not destructive at all, but gets anxious in this type of setting. Stops when you go back to him.
♦️Peteypie has gotten better, but still does not like fly spray.
♦️Hates baths (worst I can say about the guy). You can get it done, but he doesn't enjoy it and moves around a lot.
- I have barely any information on his history or background other than that he was ridden a few times before by a past owner and he did have a start under saddle of some sort when I first started him.
- Was told he was potentially registered, but I have no factual information on that. A DNA test through AHA could possibly retrieve his papers if he is in fact registered.

Buyer is responsible for transportation and all associated costs. Including Coggin's, Health certificate, and PPE. Cash only, no trades, no exceptions. We do not allow out of state purchase, UNLESS you're willing to come see the horse in person first. No exceptions.
