She is also beautiful. A correct, well-balanced bay mare with naturally uphill, cadenced gaits and a soft, light way of going through her body. She moves with a comfort and rhythm that makes riding her feel almost effortless, exactly what an amateur wants in a young horse they plan to develop, enjoy, and feel comfortable on.
Under Saddle: Radhiya has been nicely started and is confidently working at walk, trot, and canter. She is light and soft in the bridle, responsive without being sharp, and has a steady, comfortable rhythm that suits a soft rider beautifully. She has been out to horse shows, hunters and jumpers, where she has demonstrated a brave, unflappable confidence that made us tremendously proud. No lunging, just off the trailer, ten minutes in the warmup ring, and straight into her class, cruising around crossrails and 0.5m courses like a seasoned professional. She has been ridden by students in our lesson program, all of whom have loved her safe, easy feel. Her natural lead changes and adjustable canter make her a pleasure to develop. Her price will increase as her training progresses.
Health & Soundness: Radhiya was bred and raised here at Eclipse Sporthorses and has been healthy and sound from birth. She has been barefoot her entire life and is an easy keeper with excellent feet. She received a premium award with lovely remarks at her German Oldenburg inspection, recognized for exactly the quality we see in her every day. She has no vices and is current on all veterinary and farrier care.
On her sire: Rohmeo (Royal Prince x Lord Liberty G) is an Oldenburg-approved stallion combining two strong sire lines valued for rideability, correct movement, and genuine trainability. Royal Prince brings refinement and an elastic, uphill quality to the trot and canter, while Lord Liberty G adds substance and the kind of cooperative, willing character that Radhiya has inherited in abundance. Rohmeo's offspring are known for their lovely, amateur-friendly temperaments and comfortable, ground-covering gaits.
