Howdy! Frosty☃️ is a 13y/o, gray Percheron gelding who stands at an impressive 18hh. Don't let his size overwhelm you, he is a big teddy bear who loves attention & could not be more gentle! Frosty is broke to ride & drive. He is beginner safe for both! He is barefoot & can be trimmed again later this week.

Frosty is broke single or double & has been hitched to farm machinery. He came off an Amish field where he was spreading manure & working in the fields.... (read more) (He was loved & treated well, but is ready to do more than just farm work). He is safe on the roads or in the city. If you can hold the lines, you can drive him. He could easily do some events, commercially or private, or family wagon rides. Pair him with the younger horses needing confidence, he'd be great.

Frosty is just as laid back & quiet under saddle. He will w/t/c, & is a pretty good mix of whoa & go. You can let him sit a few months then hop on & go! He is the same safe & trustworthy guy. Frosty would be the type to throw the hubby on if you want him to fall in love with riding! Haul him out to new locations & he is confident & sure footed. Rides off alone or with a group. He will go into woods, water, mud, over ditches or rocks, up hills, into town, walks next to traffic, & enjoys meeting new folks! Take him on camping trips, ride him in a parade, or even 3rd flight fox hunts!

Frosty gets along great with other farm animals. He can live out or stall. He likes to greet you at the gate & soaks up any attention he can get! He loads & hauls quietly. We are working with him on lifting his back feet. He is not mean whatsoever! It just takes a little time or a farrier experienced with drafts. Frosty is a horse than anyone would enjoy & love! He will look even better spotless & slicked out! He would excel in many things, whether it's hitting the trails, pulling a carriage, camping, some lessons, therapy work, or being a family horse.?
