Diomedes is a purebred Arabian Colt who was gelded last spring. He is currently unregistered with the AHA but could be if desired. I still have to sort his mother's paperwork. He shows great potential as an endurance horse, though he may need corrective shoeing on his backs. He was sold as a yearling colt and then returned to me due to lack of care. I spent a good deal getting him back to a healthy weight and looking nice again, and would mostly like to recoup losses, as he was sold to someone I thought I could trust.... (read more)

Dio is highly competitive, but very sweet and level headed as well. He has potential as a jumper, considering any object shorter than the fence can and will be jumped over. Sometimes even the fence, actually, and that started when he was only a few days old— rather than following his mother out an open gate, he threw himself over the fence and ended up rolling rump over head. He's a handful, but sweet and willing to please. We are working on re-learning the skills and manners he lost after being set out to pasture and barely fed or handled for a year post-sale.

Looking for a good home and a responsible owner. I am willing to come down on price for the right home for my sweet boy.
