Salka arrived from Iceland to our farm March 2025. She is about 13.3HH and will probably grow a little more. Her Sire, Valgarð frá Kirkjubæ, is a 1st prize chestnut stallion now residing in Germany. He has an overall high score of 8.7 with a 9 for tölt and overall rideability of 8.75. Her dam, Frigg frá Pulu, is also 1st prize rated with a rideability sore of 8.16. She is proving to be a brave trusty trail horse with easy tolt.... (read more) She is 5 gaited although pace is untrained. Her gaits are clear and well separated.
