Kartano
16.1h, 2018, Thoroughbred gelding.
Steady brain in a sporty build, pretty mover, with the willingness to excel in any discipline. Kartano is currently doing 2’6 courses, and has completed BN level HT with a YR, finishing with nothing to add to a willing dressage test, schooling N. Kartano is an ideal type who would be a great partner for an AA/JR that wants something level headed to enjoy at the lower levels, on trails/hacking.... As a racehorse Kartano had seven wins, seven seconds, and seven thirds--an 'angel number' representing good fortune, and trust in inner wisdom. Kartano retired sound from the track, and has been sound since his restart, but does show arthritis on fetlock radiographs that limit him to the lower levels--would be ideal as a forever starter/BN packer. PPEs are welcome, we can share imaging with seriously interested parties. No vices or special maintenance at this point, up to date on everything, loads, ties, stands, good manners, good boy to handle. Located near Ocala in Reddick, FL, videos available upon request.
