It has come to our attention that there are sellers in certain states that are selling miniature horse foals UNDER 1 year of age and saying they are 2 years old. Attached are pics of foals verse 2 years old so you can see the difference. Foals have distinct short fluffy tails where a 2 year old will have a full tail down to the ground. Be careful of scammers out there trying to sell you a weanling or yearling foal and saying it is a 2 year old adult full grown mini!...
