Quiet, sane, gentle giants. Goose and Maverick are well broke to drive and have been a team for the past few years. They have been used to pull a carriage for novice drivers and have been a reliable pair. Sat for a few months, no fault of their own, and drove right off like they never missed a beat.... (read more) A top notch pair of carriage horses, or hook them to machinery and put them to work. They are not yet started to ride to my knowledge, but with their easy going nature they would be easy to break that way too. They are well behaved for and up to date with the farrier, barefoot and sound. This team is a pleasure to work around and have in the barn, they are true gentleman in every way. A pair like them is hard to find!
