Doris loves ring work just as much as she loves racking on miles. She is a spitting image of her sire Gerald who has many accomplishments including Prix St. George dressage.
Doris is extremely athletic, her build is strong and graceful with an exceptional work ethic. She is effortless to ride. With glass smooth gait and petite build you can be in the saddle all day and never tire or sore. She is my favorite ride in the barn, however I'm tired of my busy schedule conflicting with competition dates. She is more than ready to dominate endurance and I want her out there representing this great breed.

Doris has been exposed to all things horses might on a trail and then some. Chainsaws, logging equipment, four wheelers, snowmobiles, bad traffic, bear, gun shots, bikes, water crossings, bridges, large equipment, dragging things, ponying my son, dollying our dog for thousands of miles, even a flame thrower..she has never offered a rear or bolt. She just wants to please. She self loads onto trailers, been on plenty of camping trips, brought along to pony play dates and rodeos. She is simply tried and true. No gimmicks, just the right amount of years experience and TONS of years left in the tank.
Doris has the manorizes of a queen. She is happy to just stand in the cross tires getting brushed and groomed and bathed. She is very tidy in nature and poops in a small corner when stalled. Her ground manners are impeccable. Our son has been cleaning her feet since he was three. She loves, cares and accepts the mayhem of toddlers and kids running around. She took her first cover and was an amazing mother. She has good hard feet and is in exceptional health. In a trail line up she is husband and beginner safe. Solo however she needs an experienced rider as she is sensitive to cues.

Up to date on Coggins, shots and farrier owned. Her feet are picked and a digital pulse checked daily. Routinely trimmed, never abscessed, never lame. PPE will be at buyers expense.
