Meet "Annie", a wonderful young mare with a ton of potential! Annie was born in Southern Georgia at Through The Pines Walking Horses, where her sire has produced some beautiful and well known foals. She came to Florida as a coming two year old, and has since had the best care and training. Annie is handled daily- stalled, cross tied, brushed; regularly sees the farrier and vet, and has been in a professional training program to establish a solid foundation for the rest of her riding career.... (read more) Annie has been brought along slowly an correctly- starting at 3 she was very lightly started, and then turned out to absorb said training. She was reintroduced to regular riding after a short reminder, and has done exceptional! She rides out alone and truly enjoys new places and new sights, trail rides are her favorite! She will "curbside" up to a block for mounting as well as stand still until you are ready to move. We have started slow gaiting, in which she has a very natural trail gait under saddle (Has exhibited multiple other gaits in the roundpen and in the pasture). While still young, Annie shows the calm and boldness of a much older horse and is ready to go in any direction, she truly will only get better with time. We do not sell any horses that would not make our personal string of horses. All our horses are trained with Natural Horsemanship methods by professionals. We specialize in natural trail and field trial horses,as well as quality registered Tennessee Walking Horse broodstock and foals.
