Ohhh "Henry" is finally ready for his new home.
2 year old grade QH gelding, 14.1-14.2hh and growing. I took him in earlier this Spring to fix up a puncture wound to his chest. He has become a true family favorite with his sweet and funny personality. Henry has been handled daily and poked and prodded on for months (true labor of love). He is also the one that wants and gets hugs in the pasture.
He has excellent ground manners, leads, ties, loads/hauls well, great for vet & farrier.... (read more) He has potential for an amazing family type horse....trails, camping, play days, ranch work. I do not see him as a speed or competitive horse, unless you are looking to take last. I'm sure Henry thinks he's smokin fast and flying with the wind...truth is he's not. In trade, he was given those big soft loveable eyes.
He loves people and enjoys going in his stall. He would be happy in the barn all day alone if you let him. Very laid back guy.
I think he will be easy to break out and probably give you a few laughs along the way.
Always well taken care of and up to date on all cares. Good home is a must for Henry. He will make a fabulous partner for the right person/family.
