“Miss Lora May” is a super nice, well-broke 6-year-old mare with the talent and mind to go far in the barrel pen — or excel in multiple disciplines. She rides exceptionally well: soft, responsive, and confident. She collects naturally, side passes, moves off leg pressure, and has a great stop and rollback.

Started correctly and never rushed, she has 60 days on the barrel pattern and is ready to start exposing and hauling.... (read more) She’s extremely smart, willing, and straightforward — the kind of horse that makes training easy and fun. Youth or amateur-friendly, she’s uncomplicated to ride and very well-mannered both on the ground and under saddle.

Not just an arena horse — she’s been trail ridden extensively and is solid outside the pen. Calm, not spooky, and hauls and settles easily at new places. No maintenance or special care needed. Her only vice is that she cribs, but it’s fully managed with a collar.
