Great all around mare with a strong foundation. She’s confident, consistent, willing, and trainable.
Snooki is a versatile, athletic, and well-started 10-year-old mare by Tight Grip (LTE $273,667) out of Brooklyn Rose (LTE $81,780).
Snooki is soft, responsive, and very broke. She will do whatever you ask the best she can. She has training in both Western and English.
Currently loping a nice set of barrels & poles with both youth and adults.... (read more) She is jumping 2 ft jumps with ease.
She comes back to you, lengthens and shortens her stride, and doesn’t rush through your hands.
Rides in two piece twisted loose o-ring with a leather curb.
Snooki is the type of horse who can easily transition between arenas—whether you’re looking for a Eventing/Jumping prospect, an enjoyable barrel/pole horse, or an all-around mount.
She has been used in lessons and has carried youth riders; however, she is best suited for a confident youth or adult who can appreciate her forward style and desire to work. Snooki has plenty of drive, enjoys having a job, and shows the talent to be great.
She has mainly been used in a lesson program and is not a “seasoned rodeo horse” or “finished jumper”. She has the experience, does an amazing job, is willing, reliable, but will need some additional work to be “finished” in all events! Hard work is done!
She can sit and go right back to it with the smallest refresher.
Trail rides, exposed to goats/black buck, rides around cows/ranched on, easy to catch, loads/unloads, crosses water, eats/drinks on road, easy to catch, stands to be saddled, stands for baths, good for shots, UTD on dental work.
Has a vice with the ferrier that will be disclosed to serious buyers.
