Poncho has an amazing play drive and loves to learn. He knows several tricks and works off Liberty, in hand and from another horse. I've raised many babies, over the years, and I have to say he is the most eager to please, that I've ever worked with. His sire is a Qtr./Percheron cross and his dam is a full Qtr. horse. He has good large bone and nice size feet. He should mature around 16.1. He lunges both ways. He has been harnessed, both work harness and buggy.... (read more) Drags stuff while harnessed. Saddles up quietly. Stands in cross ties. Good for fly spray and baths. Loads himself in a trailer. Has been ponied out on the trail. He is going to be a breeze to start under saddle. I would love to find him his own person. He has been such a joy to work with. I have too many young ones to keep worked, at my age. I would consider starting him under saddle next summer or whenever, for whomever buys him. Located in Western NC. More pictures and Video available.
