In the arena Bodie is a dream to ride. He is light and responsive with a true one hand neck rein. He trots collected with a headset and carries a smooth rocking chair lope you can sit all day. He is confident enough to ride bridleless, showing just how well trained and trustworthy he is. Bodie will open and shut gates, track and move cattle, and even will ride English just as nicely. Whether you want to lope pretty circles, pop over a crossrail, or simply enjoy a quiet evening ride, he is ready.
Out on the trail Bodie is equally dependable. He is surefooted and confident across all kinds of terrain, creek crossings, wooded paths, open fields. Bodie will ride out alone or in a group without a fuss. Obstacles such as water, bridges, downed logs and wildlife never bother him. Making every trail ride relaxing and enjoyable.
Bodie is as kind on the ground as he is under saddle. He is easy to catch in the pasture, lower in the pecking order, and loves attention. He stands quietly to be brushed, tacked, bathed, clipped and for the farrier. His quiet and forgiving nature makes him a perfect choice for a youth wanting to learn or for any rider who wants a truly safe, fun partner without sacrificing ability or personality. Bodie sells with a negative Coggins and up to date rabies vaccination.
You simply cannot go wrong with Bodie. He is the steady, trustworthy partner that will bring years of enjoyment and confidence to his next rider. If you would like to check out Bodie or have any questions please feel free to contact Ethan at 814 924 3828.
