Pocos French Liberty 9yr old mare
Liberty is a big beautiful red dun mare stands at 15'2 hands tall. She had 60days put on her as a 3yr old and then 30 days refresher at 5yrs and then rode here and there. Has had some time off and had a her second filly this year. She is an amazing mama and does everything on her own and was great to work with and produced two beautiful fillys. The stallion owners said she was amazing to work with & Her filly was weaned about 2 weeks ago and i started riding her and she feels like she never had a break.... (read more) Just jumped on her and went down the road. She is neck reined and responds great to leg pressure. Stops, backs, flexes, takes her leads, and lopes circles. She is super sweet and loves attention. She has a big girl walk and covers ground and beautiful trot you could ride all day. Rides great bareback. Stands great for vet, farrier, bathing, saddling, and fly spray. She rides with dogs and used to traffic. She rides amazing alone and with a couple of people but needs work with a big group.
She is sound and needs a job. She could go in any direction barrel/roping/4-h, trail riding or just an amazing broodmare. Very athletic. I would recommed an experienced youth or adult rider just because she is big and powerful. This is my mom’s horse and mom doesnt ride anymore.
