If ever there was a pony to turn the chestnut mare stereotype on its head, this is the one. Rose is the sweetest mare you will ever meet. Everyone who has met her has loved her easy going personality and sweet demeanor.

Rose is a 4 year old 12.2h mare. Best guess is quarter pony welsh cross. Previous owners extensively hauled her to rodeos and took her squirrel hunting. She has gone on countless bareback trail rides in just a halter with a kid.... (read more) This mare is not spooky and has seen it all. Rides the same at home as away. She is more woah than go. She has spent 30 days being ridden by an 11 year old. She w/t/c both ways and has gone over poles and tiny cross rails (due to her age, we have not focused on jumping her). While still green, Rose doesn’t have an ugly bone in her. She just needs more time in an arena. A capable kid with a trainer can finish her out.

She is up to date on shots, worming, farrier care, and has a current coggins.
