Rowdy came to us after going through a very rough time. He poured his heart into serving people only to be dumped at a kill pen 4 month ago. We know that rowdy only had 2 owners the last 4 years as he spent 4 years being a performance horse and had some trama in those four years and two owners and he wears the scars.... (read more) We have not been able to get in touch with either owner as one has passed and can’t contact the other but rowdy wears the scars to prove something has happened to this awsome boy. Even with trama being passed around and ending up in a kill pen rowdy is the first to meet you at the gate loves attention and adores people. He leads loads clips ties and baths stands to be saddled and mounted. Rowdy at one time was a seasoned field trail horse he neck reins with the best of them rides dogs lopes backs the whole 9 BUT rowdy is not ? sound he does have a minor hitch in his left rear hip where there is a scar. We have worked with our vet to determine the hitch is not from pain but permeate from some kind of injury associated with the scar. Even though he has a hitch he can still be rode and he can still field trial his gait is just not as pretty as it should be. I can discuss further with serious buyers. With that being said rowdy is priced low for what he is if he didn’t have that hitch he would be well worth 10k in the field trail world. Papers are in hand
