Standing at a sturdy 15.1 hands high and not only built like a stout, overgrown Quarter Horse, Rumor also rides like a Quarter Horse. Despite his young age, He has the experience, willingness and overall old soul personality that allows all level of riders to enjoy Rumor. Under saddle, he's a pleasure to ride, he lopes pretty collected circles on a loose rein, smooth side passes, a nice stop, pretty turn around, picks up both leads with ease and maintains his gentle demeanor even with long periods of time off. Equally comfortable in English or Western tack, Rumor's versatility shines through making him the ideal horse for any rider. He has extensive trail riding experience, including navigating obstacle courses, unfazed by things like balls, tarps, or even bull whips. We have used him outside to help us move cattle as well as been hauled to ropings and rodeos seeing all the different activities going on at once. Beyond his impressive skills, Rumor is a dream to handle, accepting clipping, loading, bathing, and shoeing with ease.
