"Carmella"
14.3hh, late teens, Appaloosa mare
Carmella is an absolute trail riding pro - drop the reins and go. Walks through water, over logs, not phased by wildlife. No spook. Will go out alone or with a group. She has spent many years as a hack horse but is now ready for her own person. Not a beginners horse as she is forward and she is a mare that has opinions.
Carmella also rides well in the arena, WTC, picks up leads, jumps anything you put in front of her.... (read more) Has done courses up to 2'6". She's been to local shows and lots of hunter paces.
She's been ridden in lessons, trails, hunter paces and at shows by a teen.
She a fun horse for a rider that's looking do gaming, jumpers, trail ride, or hunter pace!
She's a forward sensitive ride so someone that knows where there hands and legs are would be best.

Living situation: she is currently living in a herd of mares and geldings (over 20) and gets along well with everyone. Is happy to live outside with free choice hay. No grain.

No maintenance, no past injuries that we are aware of. Has never taken a lame step with us. Goes barefoot and is sound. Stands by herself for the vet and farrier.

Loads in a trailer, will stand tied all day, crossties, stands for baths. Stands for grooming and tacking. Picks up all 4 feet.
