Fiona is the kind everyone is looking for. She has a great start both in and out of the arena and is ready to be started on the barrels your way. Her sire, Bullied Bya Frenchman is a proven 1D horse himself and has lots of babies in the barrel and roping pen. These colts have the best minds and make amazing youth horses. Fiona is no exception and basically born broke. She will do absolutely anything you ask of her and is FAST and incredibly athletic!!... (read more) We have already used her to start other colts off of, flagged, carried tarps, rides in the unforgiving Texas hill country and can climb a bluff like a mountain goat. She has her whole life ahead of her and is going to be absolutely priceless to her new family. Fiona will be the kind that you can go win on and then throw your kid on her to do the lead line. They are so quiet and good minded but know how to stop the clock. Fiona is clean legged and blemish free. She has great feet and is barefoot even on all this rock. She is good for the farrier and I can even trim her myself with an electric grinder. She has been hauled all over and does everything she should. You would never know you’re on a youngster and she will be as honest as the day is long. This is an exceptional filly!! She is the 5th by her sire that I have owned and they all are just incredible athletes and a pleasure to own!

She stands 14.1 currently and should finish out 15.0 hand or so. I am 5’10 in the pictures and videos for size reference. My others didn’t stop growing until well into their 5 year old year and they all are stout made.

Gehring Performance Horses

I took a bit of a break after having my son and sold several personal horses. That being said, I have missed training so will be keeping a few at a time, just not at many as before with a wild little toddler to chase around now. We take pride in offering high quality performance horses as well as family friendly trail companions. Everything that steps foot on this place has to be 110% safe under saddle as well as on the ground because my little boy thinks they all can be drug around the same as his ponies.... Our horse are never just arena horses, they are ridden on the roads and through town, by multiple riders including my toddler, are hauled everywhere to ride because there is no riding facility at my place with all the rock. My son loves to lead them around on foot, on his bike, or even from one of his many battery operated vehicles. A great mind no matter their job is always our first priority!! Be sure to check out our videos on youtube as we try to show absolutely everything we can so you feel like you know them before you ever bring your new horse home. Most of our buyers purchase and ship them off of their videos so we aim to be as comprehensive as possible. Don’t ever hesitate to ask if you want to see something that isn’t shown also.
