Odin is a 4 year old, 17hh percheron cross gelding. Odin was started under saddle this summer and is coming along nicely. He’s a sensible, willing guy with three lofty gaits. He’s currently going nicely WTC, is quiet and confident out trail riding, and has just been introduced to some cavaletti’s. He’s been through the water out in the XC field, goes up and down the bank, and over the ditch. On the ground he truly is a gentle giant.... (read more) He’s incredibly kind, loves attention, and has excellent ground manners. He’s stands nicely tied or on the cross ties, bathes, clips, loads easily, and is good for the vet and farrier. He’s happy in the stall or living out and gets along well with others in turnout. Odin is healthy and sound with massive sturdy feet and no vices. He is a big guy, and still quite green with a limited amount of milage under saddle so will require a rider capable enough to continue his training. For the right partner he has loads of potential to excel in a number of directions. Additional photos and video available.
