Coconut is officially available! She is a unique bay roan Quarter Horse/pony cross standing just under 14 hands. She is 11 years old, but had a very late start to her undersaddle career. She was started back in April by an older teenager, but has been in a professional program for the past 90 days. She walk/trots quietly on light contact and is still working on developing her canter. She will go over poles and has popped over small x-rails/panels.... (read more) I have been focusing more on developing her flatwork so she is still very green over fences. She has gone on a trail ride around the property with a group and was piloted by a teenager. She does ride similar to a 3-4 yr old vs an 11 year old. She stands for grooming, tacking, and bathing. She is barefoot, but does have some quirks regarding the farrier. I am happy to discuss it with serious inquiries.
She could easily be finished by an experienced junior or adult amateur under trainer supervision. She is currently priced at $5000. Price is subject to change as she continues in training.

Empire Equestrian is a new facility offering beginner through advance horseback riding lessons. Trainer, Mackenzie Ring, has grown up around horses and riding and has over 5 years of experience as an equine professional. She specializes in hunter/jumper lessons, focusing on establishing proper equitation and making effective riders. She is quickly becoming known for her knowledge and patience and is great with starting the young riders!
