"Ruby" is well-bred, well-made and well-mannered 7 year old Thoroughbred. She is happy. healthy and enjoys being ridden- excellent show hunter prospect and as well as a wonderful pleasure horse! She is 17hh, sound, sane and beautiful.

Her sire is Smarty Jones who won the Kentucky Derby and Preakness in 2004 and came in 2nd place at the Belmont Stakes that same year. Ruby is the Grand Daughter of the great Seattle Slew as well.... (read more)

This gorgous mare has only been handled and cared for by one person since she was a yearling. Ruby was raised in the manner of "performance and easy way of going". She has never had any silly behavior such as bucking, rearing, shying..etc.

Ruby has been ridden since she was 2 years old- jogging, cantering in 4 acre jump field. She goes alone or in company. She is an excellent mover and knows her lead.
