Verrazano Island aka Rose is a 17 hand 5 year old mare. She is Westfalen approved book one! She has a huge floaty trot with great movement. She has been used as a broodmare for 2 years and has produced some stunning colts! She stands,bathes,ties and is great for farrier. Will need to be restarted seeing she has had 2 years off from riding. We have jumped on her with no saddle and she did just fine and was very calm.... (read more) Rose has had post tract rides and did very well. She will trailer but gets nervous and backs out several times. Trailing can take a little time but once secured she rides fine. I can only say good things about Rose she is a sweet mare and with someone that is patient the trailering is the only thing negative about her.
Now for Mingi!
Mingi is a gorgeous colt and should mature to 16 plus hands! He was born June 15 2024 and will be registered with Westfalen. His sire is Sartors Falcetto ( AKA Hades) all of his information can be found at murder hollow web page. Mingi is handled daily and will halter. Our focus is to work on tying and leading. He is a stunning red and has a sweet disposition. He has a stunning up hill build and I could see this guy excelling with hunter and dressage!
