Gentle, Gentle, Gentle! Bimzy is as sweet as they come and safe enough for anyone! He has an in-your-pocket personality without being pushy, will seek out to meet you anywhere in the pasture, and loves attention.... (read more) We have had every type of rider on him, and he is always happy to ride at the level of his rider. Bimzy has gathered cows all over the Rocky Mountains, has been used for lessons, and rides the trails the best! We have thrown a rope off of him and sorted pairs, and he has been to ranch roping practices for the kiddos to tote around on. While we have been using him in the Western world, Bimzy has all the potential to make an exceptional English horse as well. He has lots of foot action and is an incredible dressage or jumper prospect. He is the perfect age to take any direction you want and has the mind to excel in any discipline. Bimzy is the same horse all the time, whether you ride him every day or leave him off for months. He stays gentle and sweet and is always just happy to be involved. He loads and unloads as one should, stands to be tacked and bathed, and is a gentleman for the vet and farrier. He has been hauled all over in both an open stock trailer and a slant load and has no trouble riding next to mares, geldings, ponies, or mules. Bimzy has regularly ridden with dogs, seen all sorts of wildlife, and has no worries about ATVs, trucks, tractors, etc. We have also taken him through town and he never bats an eye at bridges, bikes, strollers, or pedestrians. This guy has seen it all and is never worried. He is the perfect kid’s horse and has all the patience in the world to let them climb on, under, or around him. He has been a consistent pick for guests or less experienced friends because he is so reliable. Overall, Bimzy is a gorgeous blonde with a personality that will steal your heart, just like he has ours! We can’t wait to see where life takes this guy.
