Meet Copper! He is a 6yr old, registered AQHA, gelding, that stands 14.2 hands and he is one broke, gentle and safe rascal!! Copper is ranch raised. He knows all about the ranch life and the everyday work that comes with it. From herding to sorting pairs, pasture roping and doctoring sick ones, Copper has done it all and knows how it’s done!!... (read more) He’s been to brandings and drug calves to the fire. He is very gentle as seen in the video nothing bothers him. Away from the ranch, you can take him out and hit the trails. Rough rocky terrain, steep slopes, deep water, or boggy mud… he’s seen it all and knows how to handle it. He’s been many miles with multiple family members and I’d trust this horse 100% with anyone, from the newest riders to the smallest riders… He is Very safe!!! If you need to keep it indoors, no problem there either, he has been ridden in the arena and handles that with ease as well. He lopes nice circles, takes his leads, reins around with one hand, has a good stop, opens/shuts gates and backs with ease. He stands tied, clips, baths, loads and hauls well.
