Stunning registered 8 yr old grey thoroughbred mare standing at 16.2 hands ready to take in any direction!
Sky was lightly raced on the track and retired completely sound with no injuries. She was restarted under saddle and has been ridden western and english. Sky has jumped cross rails and small verticals, and has been started on the barrel pattern. This sweet girl has gorgeous gaits and natural collection making her an absolute eye catcher!... (read more) She was given some time off for several months after she became sore on her front hooves when her shoes were pulled. After clean x-rays and switching farriers, Sky has proven to be 100% sound with the proper shoes and pads. Sky stands in the cross ties, stands for vet and farrier, and loves baths. She would do best with a confident rider that has soft hands. She absolutely loves attention and wants to do the right thing. With the sweetest personality, she is going to excel in any direction.
