Simpatico’s Valentine is a 3 yr old buckskin beauty that shines like a copper penny. He is currently still a stallion but can be gelded if family wants him cut. He is extremely gentle, and would be suitable for anyone on any level of learning. He is still in training and will continue until he is sold. He is finished / proficient in all basic gates such as walk, trot, lope, run, stop, and backup and is well started on sliding stops, side passes, lead changes, and spins.... (read more) If you can sit you can ride, he is an excellent confidence builder. Simpatico is primarily trained in all around performance. He does all things with ease and has been hauled several times to rides and events. He has had hands on him since day one, he has no vices, or medical issues. Has never offered to buck, kick, rear etc. Simpático is very respectful and stands still to saddle and bridle, and is low headed to take the bit. He ties, leads, loads, bathes, clips, trims /shoes, and fly sprays with absolutely no problems. He is usually bear footed unless we take him on a ride where we feel shoes would be necessary. He stalls and pastures well ( not antsy or impatient at all). Has alot of ground work and has been desensitized, not watchy or spooky. He does great around other horses, 4 wheelers, dogs etc. Crosses water, bridges and logs and has been around wagons and traffic. Simpatico has been used mainly to check cattle, fences, trail ride, and has been used as a lesson horse for beginners. He is very push button, but he is not a dead head. He has a lot of speed and will go with ease when asked. He will ride with or without spurs. He is usually the first one to the gate to meet you. Simpatico has had rope swung off of him, will drag a log, been around barrels a few times but by no means finished. He would go in any direction someone could take him in as he is very versatile.
