Glory is a 15-year-old Missouri Fox Trotter mare who has never been in foal. She is a trail horse, not a show or game horse. She is the most beautiful horse we have ever had in our barn. We have taken her horse camping in Minnesota, North and South Dakota, and Montana. She is good for the farrier and the vet. She gets in and out of the trailer with ease. She comes to the fence and is a friendly pasture horse to people. She tends to be bossy to other horses in the pasture and has been the top mare in our little herd of 2 or 3 mares.... (read more) She is gaited but needs a rider who is willing to stay attentive and keep her in her gaits. As she gets fit she holds her gaits more easily and with less effort from the rider. When out on a trail ride she will lead or follow.

She has a current negative Coggins, 2024 vaccines for sleeping sickness and tetanus, and we did rabies in 2023. She was certified negative for Lyme disease on 3/29/2024.

We have had her since 2017. She was well trained. She is almost 16 hands high, and she was trained so you can mount and dismount from a block, ditch, or stump.
