Spirit is a grade 11 yr old, 17.1h Percheron gelding that is safe and sound for beginners. One owner most of his life, he worked on the farm and then gave carriage rides in town during Thanksgiving and Christmas. He has also taught members of the local Boys Club to ride and drive so he is kid/youth friendly. See video below! Stands still to mount and hook to the cart. Soft in the mouth so our 4 yr old can turn him. A perfect gentleman for anyone who wants a gentle giant for a faithful, safe companion to ride and drive.... Our family raises a variety of horses from gypsies and drafts to friesians and appaloosas. We have farms spread from Arkansas to Wisconsin and different family members specialize in different breeds.
