I have never seen one quite like him! Almost 17H lean built Appy. He comes from racing lines (PYC Paint Your Wagon). He is quiet yet athletic. We are training him and prepping him to show in english pleasure and in the hunters. He is started over fences and shows a lot of scope and is brave!
He is also excellent on the trail. He crosses creeks and bridges and is sure footed. He is well balanced trotting and cantering up and down hills. He is traffic safe.... (read more) He is good out alone or in company and will leave the group or continue going slow while his buddies leave. He would make a nice field hunter.
He is a very versatile horse and likely would do barrel racing, pole bending, eventing, or low-mid level dressage or eventing. He has three lovely gaits and naturally uses himself. He is friendly and personable and has great ground manners. Easy, fun project for a teen with a trainer or adult amateur.
