33-34” mini gelding. 10 years old. Has ground driven, pulled a drag, been through lots of terrain and by goats, pigs, dogs, large horses, chickens, turkeys, off road vehicles, tractors, large trucks, cars, and various common items you’d come across in a city. He lunges respectfully, saddles and tacks up nicely. He does need the farrier to go slow with his back feet or he’ll step away although he warms up fast to a kind hand. I just changed his farrier and he warmed up in 1 trim.... (read more) He does need more training to stand while being clipped and does much better with quieter clippers. He has given my youngest child rides around the ranch with and without a bit but always lead line although he may be broke to ride off line too we have never done that. He stays with mares and geldings does take time to warm up to new people catching him when with the herd. Stall keeps just as easily and is easy to catch in a stall alone. Currently on teff and no supplements. Gorgeous deep gold in summer and near white in winter. Easy keeper. Barefoot. Price may be negotiable to the right home. He is for sale only because my daughters now have their preferred mounts and he has been sitting. He has a lot to give and I would like him to find someone to give him more time or a job.
