Offering a lease to my 11 yr old TB. He is kid broke and has been used for kids lessons. He rides English and Western. We currently have him on our 120 acre property in Cleveland that had tons of trails. Offering on site lease with access to trails or we can discuss offsite lease to the right people. I just have a baby so won’t be riding for a few months as I recover. Also have a 8 yr old TB that posted for lease that lives at the same property. I can also offer riding lessons on either of the horses.
