Cocoa is a gentle sooty buckskin mare standing at 9.1 hands tall. She is up to date on teeth, feet and deworming! The dentist came out April 5th to float her teeth, aged her to be about 5-6 and suggested a very low sugar diet of coastal hay and sugar free horse cookies as a snack! She is wonderful for her farrier and is now his best friend, as she was left extremely long by the old owner. She is doing very well on her fancy new feet and is kept in a stall with shavings up to her eyeballs and as much coastal hay as she could wish for.... (read more) This mare is extremely sweet and will be bombproof safe for any small child, as she has no buck, no kick, no bolt and no bite. She is safe to be directly behind and would rather have a nice leisurely stroll than run off and be silly! (She’s more focused on stealing a bite of grass, actually!)
She is a pleasure to be around and requires very little maintenance, since her diet is simple.
