Jaspur is a beautiful titled 3-year-old bay gelding that is an honest 15 hands tall. He is very athletic, big bone, big thick hooves, sound and healthy. We obtained Jaspur in February of 2022 as an untouched yearling. He was captured in July of 2021 in the Onaqui Mountains of Utah as a weanling. Jaspur is easy to catch, friendly, loads of personality, he will stand tied, he is good with clippers, and grooming. He is currently NOT broke to ride. He will lunge, yield his hind and fore quarters, and back on the lead.... (read more) We have been doing some desensitizing, but he will need a lot more desensitizing. Jaspur will stand for trimming, however; he needs more handling of his hooves as he likes to pull his feet away from you. Jaspur is being offered for sale due to no fault of his own, we just do not have the time he deserves as we have other horses in training. It will be hard to see Jaspur go, so we want him to go to the right home that can move forward with his training and turn him into a productive citizen of the horse community. Jaspur had his teeth floated in February of 2024.
