Additional Comments
Titan is a very special horse who was going to be my primary all around partner, but I came into too many horses due to unforseen and unfortunate circumstances. Titan is a forward moving horse, very willing to please, attentive, smart, works off a soft hand and seat. He's perfect for the farrier and vet. Has been to clinics, in lessons and on many trails. He's been trailered alone and ridden alone. He feels very comfortable and confident with me as we cross logs, bridges, water you name it.... (read more) He's been pastured with farm animals such as cows and likes to play with anyone who's willing. He loves his stuffed toys and deflated ball. Would like someone who would give him frequent attention who's patient and has a gentle hand. He is green but already has lots of experience behind him. He's been started english, line driving, liberty, and saddled in western and ridden bareback. I started riding early last summer with short trail rides. And had saddles on him before that. I wanted to start him right as he was a stud up until last year so he has great ground manners, turns his head into you for the bridle, and stands quietly while mounting. He's not a hot horse but has a strong powerful moving gait which has me believe he'd be good in dressage, working equitation, endurance, and/or jumping. He does not feel like a pony and currently stands at 14.1 but should be about 14.3 when he's done growing at 6 years old. He also does not spook easy and is a forward thinker meaning he approaches new objects instead of wanting to turn and run away. Spanish mustangs are not to be mistaken for a wild rescued horse or the BLM. These were specifically selected in the 19 hundreds with the natives and cavalry for their strong and durable strength and spirit. They are sure footed, easy keepers, smart, great family horses and do well unshod. Titan is also registered with the SMR registry.
