Meet Booker, JC: Talk About Kitten, a 2012 16.1 hand OTTB gelding. Booker is a sweet, safe and easy going guy. He’s been trained with English, in both dressage and lower level jumping, although has not shown. He is the same horse from ride to ride, even with days off in between, and doesn’t require any extra prep work. Booker is stalled and gets along well with his neighbors, and isn’t buddy sour or overly attached. He is a gentleman to handle, good for the vet and farrier and with all ground work.... (read more) Currently he’s working a couple times a week and is happy with that or more, and is comfortably jumping less than 2’6”. Booker would make an excellent mount for an intermediate junior or amateur rider, especially one in some sort of training program. He does require some maintenance (equiox and pads on his front feet) and the owners are willing to supply all vet records of his history with them.
