Shadow is a one-of-a-kind filly. Her sire is Gypsy Vanner stallion and her Dam is a Quarter Horse mare. Shadow has a lot of bone and foot to her, she’s sharp in the throat latch, sports a keen head and has a shapey hip on her. She’s correct in every way. Really a well-made filly. At this time in her life, she is standing 52 inches, which is right at 13 hands.
Shadow is a smart filly that takes things in stride and learns fast. She leads well, loads in the trailer fine, has been bathed many times, and will stand tied for hours.... (read more) She has been lounged both ways and pays attention to what you ask of her. Shadow has a beautiful extended trot. I believe she has a bright future ahead of her in a dressage ring, going over fences, pulling a carriage, or being used for western pleasure.
Shadow is kind and willing, but brave and fearless as well. She has the gypsy feathering that gives her a beard, as well as 3-inch hair to the back of her knees and hocks, she has those beautiful blue eyes and the perfect white markings in her forehead.
