MWS Solid Gold "Tex" - 2014 Palomino Gelding; 15.2hh

Tex is a beautiful, solidly built gelding with a super friendly personality (he reminds all of us of a golden retriever in personality!) and three extremely comfortable gaits.  Tex was started in his dressage career later in life, but he is coming along quickly and learning to be consistent in rein connection.  He has a wonderful, natural under step, balance and an athleticism that we believe will take him far in the dressage world!... (read more)  Previously, he was a pleasure riding mount often going bitless with his last owner.  Tex trail rides alone, is traffic/atv and tractor safe and has three naturally easy gaits (his canter is like a dream to ride!).  

Tex is more go than whoa under saddle.  He covers ground well and is generally light off of aids.  He is an exceptionally confident fellow and requires a partner that isn't timid about his opinions.

We plan to show Tex at Training Level this year if he stays with us and his price will increase as he gains training and a show record.  Snap him up now!
