Hi! My name is Ima Princess Rio, but everybody calls me Rio! I am a black, 15hh registered American Quarter Horse. My birthday is May 02, 2006. Unfortunately I injured my foot a year ago so riding isn't the best option for me anymore, but I can be an awesome pasture companion or therapy horse! In the pasture, I'm the matriarch to a group of geldings but I'm gentle and we didn't have problems even on the first day. RRH said it was the quietest they ever had for an introduction.... (read more) I also came to RRH with a buddy horse, but he seems to be the needy one, not me!

I haven't been used in awhile so I came here to RRH to get some work done. I am working on flexing laterally and vertically, and I can pick up my feet, yield my hindquarters and forehand and back up. Lots of things don't bother me. I can work on the longe line too!

2023 Coggins and vaccines. Stand good for farrier and vet. My description here will be updated as RRH works with me and knows more about me. I need a place to go where I can be loved and cared for. RRH wants the best for my future. Rehoming fee of $500.
