Juneau SGA (Spanish Gates Andalusians) is a rising 7 yr old Black 16.2hh leggy, sound- both mentally and physcially PRE Gelding. He has papers with the ANCCE that have never been filed with an owner. Whomever purchases him will have the benefit of being his sole owner on the paperwork filed and logged in Spain. He has a sire of distinction from Spain: Patriotico SG and his dam: Alaska AK. He has been in training for a year to learn one walk, one trot , one canter which he now has.... (read more) He is remarkably one of the most comfortable horses to ride even as he is learning to develop a topline. He is now ready to experience more of the world and find his job which could be a number of disciplines as he has been in basic dressage training in order to open his options to whatever his new owner would prefer. His training is basic enough that he is not over developed to be in one discipline and why he is now for sale. He is still learning BUT VERY WILLING with an open and good mind-an excellent student! He has been handled so he is good with the farrier, single ties and cross ties, loves baths, and trailers beautifully as he has had short and long hauls. He would be best with an adult amateur that has a serious but non aggressive agenda to bring out his best both physically and all importantly-mentally. He has never known anything but kindness with a beautiful spirit. He is laid back and in his confidence, he shows his intellect and curiosity and will thrive with a program and a job! He also would thrive in an open living arrangement where he is out mostly and has paddock pals. He is an easy keeper in feeding too as he requires nothing special and at this time is barefoot. Xrays from July 2023 are on file and available. He is a horse who needs ‘his person’ and he would give that person his devotion for life-A true PRE in that manner and is why in training, he has not been allowed to attach to any ONE person , giving him a variety of riders and experience to open his world. He has a whole life ahead of him for whatever job : dressage, western dressage, working equitation, endurance, eventing etc. Truly a horse of a lifetime for someone to bring along.
