Calvin is a 10 year old Oregon HMA mustang who's green broke, up to date on all shots, worming, feet and has healthy teeth. He stands about 15.3 hands, is a hearty, strong guy and by no fault of his own is seeking a new, working home where he will be appreciated and well cared for. He's an easy keeper and gets along well with a heard or alone. Calvin respects fences and has a certain gentleness with children.... (read more) He has been ridden casually on the beach, on trails and in an arena. He lunges free or on a line, best in a round pen, and will go over ground poles. He has his w/t and back down but could use some work on coming into and maintaining a canter. He's very food motivated, and his worst vice is that he can sometimes be a little bit heard bound in a pasture, but will reliably come in for grain. Doesn't offer to bite, buck or kick.
