“Betty” is a super talented and athletic mare that could go a lot of directions. Started as a reiner she has a great foundation to let her be successful in any of the stock horse type disciplines you fancy, she’s got the moves to tackle the timed events, chase cows, ranch ride, or rein.... (read more) With lots of outside miles she is brave and can get ground covered too! We showed her at the app worlds in the reining and ranch riding futurities, finish her out in the bridle and she’d make a cool derby horse. A true later maturing Appy this girl is only gonna get better from here, she’s just at the beginning of her potential. She is a monster stopper, great turner, pretty changer and can lope some mean circles. Her extensions for the ranch pen are huge as well! Betty has a lot of natural read and rate on a cow, she’d love to work more and is great for turning back on! She’s been shown the barrel pattern and would excel in that direction too. We have started introducing her to the rope and think she’d make it in that arena as well. Come try her out, she’s a cool one!
