Butterball is a 11yr old 14.3 stout red roan gelding. A great trail horse, will go wherever you point him. He crosses water, mud, bridges, and rocky terrain. He’s covered lots of rocky miles. We used him to gather cattle through grasslands and Mountains and he did very well. Easy to handle, good with other horses, easy keeper. He collects up, side passes, backs, etc.... (read more) He has roped a few calves with no drama. He’s starting to learn to track. He is not a dead head, can look at stuff and get fresh with time off but doesn’t do anything dangerous. We know he will make someone very happy as a handy trail or ranch mount! We are by no means in a rush to get rid of him, my husband and I enjoy having him in our ranch horse string.
