Evie is a very sweet, people friendly arabian mare. She is currently 14 years old. She was previously used as a brood mare, hunt seat, and halter class. She is currently used for pleasure and trail rides only. Evie is sired by the one an only Eden C and out of Gc Venturia, a daughter of GH Venture. She is very soft in the mouth and will need an experiemced/intermediate rider that is able to ride with soft hands. Evie is occasionally unsure of strange objects and will avoid getting too close to objects She is uncomfortable with.... (read more) We are currently working on this with her. However she will not "spook" or run. Evie has a smooth gate and enjoys work. She also lunges on and off of a line and responds to subtle ques from the ground. Evie is a faster paced horse and will need a rider comfortable with some speed. Evie is located at Nookside Stables in Manheim. There is a rail trail that can be accessed from the property as well as a large outdoor arena and various equipment. Tack is available to be used as well (prefer that her bridle be used, but you may use your own saddle if it fits her properly). Details of lease can be discussed and negotiated further upon serious inquiry. Evie could also be available on a broodmare lease to a credible breeder program/leasee with references.
