I’ve owned Rio since he was 4 and bought him from a friend of mine that bought him as a weanling. He is a registered Missouri Fox Trotter. He’s been used at the stockyards penning cattle. I’ve used him to rope cattle in the pasture and doctor them. My dad has trail rode him at Eminence and down in Arkansas around wagons and mules. Took him to the chuckwagon races one year. He has a really good handle and will side pass both directions.... (read more) He is very easy to shoe and wears a 1 xtra. I would not consider him kid broke because he is alot of horse but an experienced rider will have no trouble. He can be turned out for months and you can saddle him, step on and ride off. He has a really nice running walk.
